Overview
A short, bilingual Rise 360 microlearning course designed to help service-based professionals increase client acquisition through effective review strategies. This project used scenario-based learning, visual storytelling, and interactivity to make asking for client reviews natural and confidence-building. Available in English and Portuguese, it demonstrates how microlearning can empower small business owners to strengthen their online presence and drive growth.
This microlearning experience was designed using scenario-based learning to simulate real client interactions, helping learners practice asking for reviews in a natural and confident way.

This project features a structured set of daily “Do Now” lesson starters designed to support English language learners (ELL) in a high school classroom setting. These short, timed activities were used at the beginning of each class to activate prior knowledge, reinforce key concepts, and build consistency in learning routines.
Originally developed across an entire school year (80+ slides), the content was refined into a focused sample to improve clarity, usability, and viewer experience while preserving key instructional patterns.
Each activity was designed as a 5-minute task with a consistent visual structure and embedded timer to support routine and time management. The slides incorporate scaffolded practice across core language skills, including vocabulary development, grammar application, sentence structure, and categorization tasks.
The design prioritizes clarity, repetition, and gradual complexity to support learners at varying proficiency levels. Visual supports and structured prompts reduce cognitive load and promote independent engagement.
